Who's behind this
I'm a Former Financial Advisor, Former Life Insurance Agent, Former Tax Return Agent, and Former Real Estate Agent, with a working life that also ran through hospital finance and compliance, training rooms, and small businesses of my own. I've seen how money guidance gets sold from more sides than most.
None of those licenses are active today — which is exactly why the house rule exists. I don't give individual advice and I don't take clients. Nothing on this site asks you to trust a credential; it asks you to check the math.
